In a crowded industry like real estate, with many agents to choose from, what separates Shameika Wade from those who do exactly what she does is the WAY she does it, and how she approaches her business. For this savvy sales professional with over 10 years in the New York residential market, adding value, optimizing service, and leveraging relationships to get her clients the best results are the core of her practice.
Establishing trust and making people happy is Shameika’s ultimate goal. “I know the difference between three and five-star service, and I aim to provide every client with a white-glove experience.” Choose her to represent you whether you are buying, selling or renting, and you too will know right off the bat that she’ll get the job done right and streamline every detail along the way.
Joining the Compass family in Brooklyn after many years with another prominent brokerage, Shameika brings with her a successful history of sales and numerous top-tier awards. Licensed in both New York and Georgia, she’s extremely knowledgeable of this great city’s different neighborhoods and inventory, plus has deep roots down south where she also sells.
The true definition of a go-getter, Shameika has always been tenacious and driven. She proved this working for two financial industry leaders, Chubb & Son and UBS Securities. While pursuing her degree in Financial Economics at Rutgers, Shameika served as an Ambassador to the U.N. Center for Human Settlements- Habitat (UNCHS) for the University. Right out of college, she handled property management and sales for her father, in the family real estate and construction business, where her passion for real estate grew.
