"I ask my clients questions about what they value most in their living situation," she says "and find out what is most important to them." She acts as a navigator and trusted advisor who cares deeply about clients' interests. Focusing on condos and co-ops, both rentals and sales, Susan specializes in premier Manhattan neighborhoods such as the Upper West Side, Chelsea, Midtown and Gramercy, Clinton, East Harlem, and Central Harlem.
