Terry is a member of The Litvak Team
Terry is a lifelong New Yorker, still enamored with the city’s endless evolution, culture, and personal stories. “New Yorkers search for access, opportunities and experiences in everything that they do. It is thrilling to connect new and lifelong New Yorkers with a property that speaks to their particular version of New York.”
He brings a perspective and enthusiasm into every relationship, both with consumers and investors alike. His approach allows developers, management companies and landlords to have an incredible level of insight into the latest market and consumer needs, empowering them to present their property in the highest and best use.
Prior to joining Compass, Terry led a collaborative team of agents, closing the largest deal in the company's 20-year history at $32.5 million, and was named one of their top agents in the country. Afterwards, he established a real-estate tech startup focused on bringing machine learning and automation to a proprietary agent platform.
Terry’s New York involves brewing beer, riding Citibikes and playing chess. He sits on the vestry at St Luke in the Fields, West Village, and can often be found walking the halls of the Met, where he has been a contributing member since he was 18. After over 25 years living in Manhattan’s West Village and the Upper West Side, he and his wife moved to the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, and is a proud member of the Park Slope Food Co-Op.
