At her previous firm, she was a member of the Producer’s Council, representing the top 3% of the company’s sales agents (2016 and 2017).
Cheryl has successfully worked with sellers and buyers in numerous Manhattan buildings, including such distinctive addresses as the Hotel des Artistes (1 West 67th Street), where she has sold two dozen homes, Alwyn Court (180 West 58th Street), 180 East 79th Street, the Musicians Building (50 West 67th Street), the Atelier (33 West 67th Street), 35 West 85th Street, the Rio (304 East 65th Street), Astor Terrace (245 East 93rd Street) and 515 East 72nd Street as well as several new condos in Brooklyn.
A busy and energetic professional, Cheryl had a successful career in public relations for major television companies, including CBS, Group W and MTV Networks, prior to entering real estate sales. She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT), where she has served as a Board Vice President. Chery has also served as a judge on the Midas Awards for World’s Best Financial Advertising. She currently is active in Landmark West!, a preservation society for Manhattan’s Upper West Side and volunteers for Step Up, a women’s network that mentors high school girls.

Lisa moved from San Antonio to New York to attend New York University's School of Film and Television, and spent her initial post-grad years as a successful producer. Eventually came marriage, children and a busy second career as a full-time wife, mother and active member of various boards serving the education and community organizations related to family life. During this time she earned her masters degree in Theater and Education from Skidmore College.
Lisa's personal experience with New York neighborhoods is significant. She is a long time resident of Carnegie Hill, but has enjoyed living all around town from east to west, uptown to downtown and Brooklyn Heights. She uses this experience, as a student, professional, parent, renter, owner, commuter, licensed member of the Real Estate Board of New York and experienced real estate professional to anticipate the individual needs of her buyers and sellers and offer guidance and action best suited to each.
