David joined Compass in February 2015 after 8 years in commercial real estate. Recruited by both big and small commercial firms, David saw the need to create a new fledgling commercial department at Compass. Following his entrepreneurial spirit, David decided to join Compass, start a new commercial business from scratch and grow it his own way. After only 8 months, business had grown to the point where he had to bring on Jake Velazquez and formed The Graff Team.
The Graff Team provides it’s clients with an alternative to the big names in the industry. We treat you like a person not a project. We provide you with a high level of customer service always making ourselves available. We don’t take on more listings than we can handle and spread ourselves too thin. We take on the right amount to remain at your disposal should you need us. We’re firm believers of quality over quantity and believe strong relationships fuel our business.
A record breaking 2016, The Graff Team has taken the business to the next level and is taking on much larger clients while continuing to nurture it’s smaller clients and providing the same level of quality service they have been known for. From 1000sf to 100,000sf The Graff Team treats all it’s clients like VIP’s.
The Graff Team represents both landlords and tenants for retail office and investment transactions. From high-end Madison Avenue to the Financial District The Graff Team has the experience and know how to service all your commercial needs.
Compass Commercial is a 24/7 365 business, but when David is not working he can be found walking around with his yellow lab Maggie through the village or looking for any opportunity to take his car out and hit the open road. Jake can be found out in Williamsburg playing basketball or jamming on his guitar with friends.
