After a successful career in the fashion industry and as an interior stylist for editorial print and television, residential interiors were a natural extension of her longstanding interest in design. Through purchasing a former commercial building in Tribeca, overseeing the design and construction and the subsequent condominium conversion, Gina found her passion for real estate and interior design. Investing in and developing her own properties has given Gina a keen understanding of the homeowner's perspective of the issues involved in purchasing and renovating residential properties. Her experience in the fashion industry cultivated her ability to understand and anticipate a client's needs and to deliver the highest quality of service to her customers. Kajsa Hutton

Kajsa grew up in Sweden, but has called New York home for almost 30 years. She lives with her husband, son and their poodle in the Financial District, a neighborhood she moved to in 1997, before 9/11 and seen it develop to one of the best places to live in the city. Great parks, great shopping as well as the easy access to the rest of the city. She is an avid runner, and a veteran of over 15 marathons and "would have loved to been a professional runner in a different life". She is also an aficionado of architecture and interior design.
