Christine was born and raised in New York City and lives on the Upper East Side with her family. She began her career in real estate as an investment buyer and quickly realized that there was a great need for knowledgeable, and attentive brokers and started to advise other buyers like herself. With over 16 years of experience, Christine has closed over 1000 real estate transactions in her career. Her listings have been featured on NBC’s NY Open House and ABC’s Living Large. Stephanie was born and raised in NYC. She lives in Riverdale with her husband. Stephanie comes from a background in psychology and marketing. She has spearheaded major marketing campaigns in the luxury rental market. With over 6 years of real estate experience and knowledge of many NYC neighborhoods, Stephanie is the perfect addition to the Mariani Team and heads the team’s sales and rental relocation services.
Mimoza, also a native New Yorker, is a graduate of Hunter College. She studied Psychology and English, and attributes her ability to connect with clients to her time at Hunter. She began her real estate career as an intern with the Mariani Team at Compass. She quickly realized that her love of New York City and passion for helping others will be her best asset to ensure her clients feel confident that someone is on their side. The team’s blend of multi-faceted backgrounds, business acumen, and creative mindsets lend a key competitive edge. With a focus on technological marketing, they launch aggressive, multi-media, multi-platform marketing campaigns to move properties fast in the ever-changing real estate market.
