She is a sought-after broker of choice and provides a truly elevated real estate experience. Pam is a sharp negotiator and works tirelessly to fully monetize your most important asset. She is a neighborhood specialist in the Backcountry community in Highlands Ranch, The Canyons of Castle Pines, Castle Pines Village, Castle Rock — and those seeking ranch and equestrian properties from Sedalia to Franktown. Her extensive pre-listing, renovation ideas, and design services allow her to expertly prepare a home for the market with an extensive knowledge of design and staging. Pam and her team can maximize a seller’s return on investment through these comprehensive Compass Concierge services.
A Southern California native, Pam worked for many years in public relations + marketing supporting hotel owners, hospitality management companies and private equity investors in the hospitality and mixed-use development sector. She credits her background in communication for her ability to effectively present properties and successfully negotiate complex transactions. Falling in love with real estate she shifted her focus to luxury residential real estate sales with Willis Allen Real Estate in La Jolla, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, California. Today she enjoys supporting her clients with Compass and the Ascend Group Colorado.
Pam relocated with her husband and daughter from San Diego to Denver in 2017 and is keenly aware of market dynamics in California and Colorado. She enjoys working with buyers relocating to the Southwest Denver area or purchasing a vacation home in the Rocky Mountains.
Pam has a longstanding history of giving back to the community with a focus on local charities that directly benefit families, conservation, and her love of horses. A percentage of every commission goes to the Highlands Ranch Backcountry Wilderness Area Conservation and Education Fund; providing 26 miles of trails, year-long family activities, children and youth camps, equestrian programs, and 8,200 acres of conservation space.
