About Paul
Luxury at Compass #compasscurated #curatedSS21 #luxuryatcompass

Although Paul wasn’t born in New York, he often jokes that he’s a native New Yorker once removed — as both his parents met and grew up in the city that never sleeps. His childhood years were primarily in Virginia but his summers were typically spent in Queens staying with his grandmother. New York always felt like home, and in 1999 he moved to New York City to satisfy his fascination with the hustle and bustle of city life surrounded by dreamers, rich culture, and eclectic food.

As a Compass agent, Paul brings his buyers, sellers, and renters a deep understanding of the Manhattan real estate market. His level of professionalism and can-do attitude keeps his referral pipeline full, and his established presence in the Big Apple allows him to tap into his wide network for maximum client exposure. That feeling of matching his client’s real estate goals with the perfect dream home or finding the perfect buyer for his sellers is the sensation that fuels his fire to succeed as a top Manhattan agent.

Paul’s background in the service and hospitality industry allowed him to develop his sharp communication skills that he transfers into his real estate business every day. It’s also what helped him successfully assist in running major events and galas throughout some of New York City’s hottest venues — including Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the New York Botanical Garden. He also has a passion and appreciation for the arts, having trained as a talented singer, actor, and dancer who performed locally and nationally in numerous productions. He still maintains his status as an active member of the Actors’ Equity Association.

Paul is not only a film, television, and theater junkie but also an avid traveler who has visited many exciting places — his favorites include Paris, Madrid, Bangkok, and Rio. He also can hold a conversation in American Sign Language and enjoys spending time outdoors in nature with his Schnoodle, Parker. Paul stays fit by participating as a competitive volleyball player with the Gotham Volleyball League. In his free time, he can be seen hanging out with friends over delicious meals and drinks or volunteering with VocalEase to perform cabaret-style shows in nursing homes and senior centers throughout Manhattan.
