Donald Hibberd

In 1972, Don Hibberd obtained his real estate license and joined a long-standing family real estate and insurance business established in 1921. Concurrently, he pursued an insurance major at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, taking real estate courses at the Wharton Evening School out of personal interest. Upon graduating in 1976, Don joined the real estate division of Hibberd Brothers and has since built an impressive career.

Over the past 51 years, Don has achieved numerous milestones, including being a top producer for Century 21 in Eastern Pennsylvania, serving as the sales manager for Century 21 Hibberd Brothers, and establishing his own business, Century 21 Donald H. Hibberd, in 1979. In 1987, he sold his business to B. Gary Scott but continued as the vice president and sales manager, excelling in recruiting and training top Realtors. During this time, Don also oversaw the development and sales of Heilbron, an 82-home subdivision featuring custom estate homes.

In 1997, Don founded Hibberd Real Estate, which later merged with Prudential Fox and Roach on March 17, 2008. The merged entity became BHHS Fox and Roach, and Don joined the Diane Nelson Team, which they rebranded as the "Nelson Hibberd Team." Together, they have successfully built the team, and in 2017, Don and Diane were married.
Don Hibberd's extensive experience, spanning nearly five decades, showcases his expertise and dedication in the real estate industry.

On March 18th 2018, Diane and Don and the Nelson Hibberd (16 Members) joined Compass Real Estate which proved to be BEST business decision of their careers.
