"I would highly recommend working with Rachel! Having worked with many realtors in the past I can say without hesitation that she is the absolute best. We were living in New York and only had one week in California to find the right place for our family. She was amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable about each and every area in Orange County. She spent so much time with us and showed us so many homes. She never pushed us to make a decision and was genuinely concerned with just helping us find the right place for our family. When we headed back to New York she was kind enough to check out and send videos/pictures of places we were interested in back in California. With her help we were able to find the perfect home. Since we were not able to fly back out to California, we bought the house unseen. I would not have had the confidence to do this without Rachel. Since I knew I could trust her opinion and judgement on the house and the neighborhood my husband and I felt completely comfortable making an offer. She also helped every step of the way when it came to with working with our lender, doing the walk through for us, and so many other things that come with buying a home. We called her countless times and she was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we finally made the move to California as soon as we walked into the door of our new home we were greeted with the most beautiful welcoming package from her. She really always goes above and beyond. Working with her you will not only gain an amazing realtor, you’ll also gain a lifelong friend."

"Working with Rachel was a refreshing experience. Her level of professionalism, coupled with her enthusiasm and positive personality, create a truly unique experience. We were very pleased with our choice to have Rachel represent us in the sale of our home and the results speak for themselves!"

"Rachel is very professional and made the selling process very easy. She is responsive to questions and is willing to patiently explain any questions you may have. There are so many things to sign and review and again she made the process very simple. The other key thing is that she was always on time and any services that were scheduled i.e. termite inspection etc, were top notch and on time."

"When I first started looking at homes, I didn’t think I needed a real estate agent at all. I was a real estate agent skeptic. There’s a wealth of information on the internet, and I figured I could easily find all the relevant information I needed on Zillow or online, figure out from pictures and descriptions what I’d want, and real estate contracts are just standard forms right? Is there really any need to have a real estate agent in this day and age?
I was wrong.
I spent days combing through Zillow, assembling a list of a dozen homes I thought would be perfect, and fired off reservations to see each of them. None of them worked out. Whether location, or weird undisclosed features, or deceptive photography, looking online just was not working out.
Further, I quickly realized that, I really did not know what I was looking for. At least beyond the “I’ll know it when I see it” form. When I first reached out to Rachel, my guidelines were pretty much giving her rough location, number of rooms, price range, and general style, and a random assortment of criteria. But what impressed me most about Rachel, she was able to figure out what I wanted even when I did not. Almost overnight, she assembled a list of 7-8 homes that she thought I would like, and took me to view them that very weekend. And she was spot on. She was able to figure out perfect locations that I couldn’t after days of searching through Zillow and looking around. I ended up buying a home she showed me on that very first day in fact.
Going through the process also made me realize just how little I knew about the process. I knew nothing about how to make an offer, counteroffers, inspections, negotiating credits or anything – and Rachel helped me through the entire process.
During my initial process I met with half a dozen or more real estate agents, and Rachel impressed me the most by far-
• She was organized and prepared – Some other real estate agents didn’t even know details about the property. Rachel showed up first day, even though I didn’t express interest in anything other than looking at the one property, with full printouts of that property’s details, price estimates, a sample real estate contract so I could familiarize myself, and other properties she thought I’d like better (she was right).
• She made sure to find me the right home – Some other real estate agents were “pushy” for the sale, pushing me to make an offer for that property or another listing. Rachel wasn’t, she focused on finding me a place I’d want to make an offer at.
• She is on top of everything – Throughout the process, whether it’s getting the counter-offers/offers together, inspections, followups after inspections, Rachel was absolutely on the ball for everything. Holding my hand and offering expert guidance and advice throughout the process, and being absolutely on the ball every step of the way.
I’d heartily recommend Rachel to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. She brings her wealth of experience and knowledge of the area and the listings to the table. But while I’m sure other agents might also know listings and areas well, Rachel is perceptive and has the ability to really understand her customers and figure out what they want. She doesn’t just pull out listings based on square footage and price and hand them over to you to sort the wheat from the chaff, she really understands your wants and needs, like no other real estate agent I’ve met, to find the right home for you.
If there’s one person who convinced me of the tremendous and indispensable value a real estate agent brings to the table, it’s Rachel.

"Rachel and Brad are everything you’d want to have in your real estate team! Highly educated, experienced (combined 30+ years in the industry), personable, great negotiators, great marketers, have great resources and they are fun to work with. I consider myself to be fairly particular and demanding in how I want things to be done, and they had no problem exceeding my expectations. Prior to listing with Douglas Elliman, I had listed my home with a local boutique broker and unfortunately, they did not understand the luxury market and were not able to deliver on their promises. I highly recommend working with Rachel and Brad at Douglas Elliman, and in fact, already have recommended them to my closest friends. What else can I say?" - Diane

"We were referred to Rachel and she surpassed our expectations! All questions were answered before we even had a chance to ask! She is very knowledgeable, punctual, meticulous and personable ---all you would wish in a person you entrust with selling your home. She also helped us buy our next home, closed on time and handled the process like a champ! One happy family, forever grateful!"

"Rachel and team were absolutely fantastic thru the entire buying process! She listened to our needs and found us the perfect home. Six months later we are still extremely happy with our purchase! Thanks Rachel!"

"Rachel and her entire team are fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them when buying and/or selling a home. Rachel helped us with both and made the entire process easy and fun when it could have been stressful. Her entire team made sure they knew what we wanted and didn't settle for anything less. They were in constant communication with us on every step, answered all our questions (and we had a lot!) and have stayed in touch after all deals were done to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything else."

"Rachel is super friendly and sweet. My husband and I are not easy people but she was very patient and made herself available even on late evenings. She was knowledgeable of the areas and even introduced us to new areas."
