About Carol
I have been immersed in the real estate field for over 25 years. My involvement in real estate development, rental property, commercial leasing and commercial/residential sales, has established a strong foundation with which to provide the highest standards of knowledge and professionalism for my clients.

My diverse background, coupled with having grown up in the Southern California area, allows me to use my in-depth knowledge of the vast geographical areas to best assist in the process of finding my clients the best place for them to call home. My Bachelors of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in real estate has resulted in a strong foundation in marketing, legal, finance, accounting, and management.

I grew up in a third generation Japanese family, with the understanding that by helping others, employing honesty, and treating others as you want to be treated, you find fulfillment in your life. My community involvement with Kiwanis Club and Meals on Wheels is carried through to my professional life, reflecting the care and concern necessary to fulfill all of my clients' needs along the home finding path. I strive to provide the same care that I would give to my own family with every client I serve. It is very gratifying that so many of my clients become my friends and treat me like part of their family.

Aside from my business interests, my two dogs keep me very busy, primarily my Australian Shepherd, Haylee. She takes part in several training classes and competitions ranging from Agility, Nose-work and Obedience. Golfing is another passion of mine which I enjoy both because of the beautiful places it allows me to travel to and because the integrity of the game challenges me to strive for constant growth and improvement.

Prior to primarily working in real estate, I worked at an automobile dealership which, surprisingly, benefited me with the best on-the-job knowledge one could obtain. This experience fully developed my skills in management, sales, accounting, office administration, negotiation and financing. I learned more about how to apply and practice business acumen and strategy working there than any education could have ever provided. This opened the opportunity for me to enter the real estate development arena in Hawaii.

Currently as Assistant Manager and an Associate at Compass Pasadena, I am able to pursue my desire of helping people fulfill their dreams of finding a place to call home and I assist those in the business in perfecting their skills in order to be successful. The choice to move to Compass has proven to surpass my expectations. I am surrounded by "the best of the best", a group of the most professional, knowledgeable, respected and dedicated people in the field, guided by the mutual pledge that we treat our clients with the utmost trust and integrity. I conduct every aspect of my life by following this principle.
