Renata Pereda

Renata Pereda, originally from Caracas, Venezuela, is an Urban Planner, with a minor in Feasibility Studies. Later she studied for MBA in St Louis, Mo. Having lived in several US states, and abroad the country, she has developed a broad understanding of different cultures, which makes her easy to connect with people and understand the challenges of a new move. Renata was also in charge as a finance and customer service Manager for 14 years representing one of the leaders’ companies in the Graphic Arts Business in South America. With this level of responsibility and experience, she managed to build a character, sensitivity, and patience that enables her to understand and meet the needs of each person achieving the necessary objective. This ability is also backed up with a Life Coach Certification in 2010. She started Real Estate with a passion to be of service and is well complemented with her urban and finance studies. Listening to her client’s desires is the most important step in order to meticulously develop a plan of action. She is constantly looking to learn and be up to date in the latest technologies to better serve clients for a stress-free transaction. Her family is always the most important role, being married for 25 years and enjoyed raising three kids. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities like sailing, running, skiing, and travel.
