A New York City native entering the business in 2006, Joe immediately began building his business from the start. He won the Rookie of The Year Award during his first year and has been consistently recognized as a top producer during his tenure as an associate broker with Citi habitats now known as Corcoran. His reputation has led to a career based almost entirely on referrals, a fact he is most proud of.
Joe previously held the position of Senior Managing Director at Citi Habitats where he oversaw $150M in sales transactions over a two-year period and managed a team of 120 real estate agents.
Joe & Renee have closed over $300M in sales transactions over his 14-year career and thousands of closed rental transactions.
In only a few years, Joe & Renee have teamed up to handle various transactions. From selling mixed used properties in Brooklyn-Manhattan, townhomes & multifamily lease ups.
