With an unwavering commitment to efficiency, integrity, and service, Riccardo Ravasini has thrived in New York’s real estate market by conducting himself with a high level of transparency in all of his activities. His hands-on approach and thoughtful counsel combined with his deep market knowledge and extensive network have catapulted Riccardo to become one of Compass top producing agents. Riccardo grew up in Italy and studied Business and Finance at Bocconi University in Milan before moving to New York City in 2005. With a decade of real estate experience, Riccardo has led and managed an array of transactions and consulted a diversity of clients – from young professionals and families to individual investors, estates, corporations and more. In 2013, Riccardo became an active realtor in Florida, offering investment properties in the Miami market to clients from all over the U.S. and the world. In 2019, his passion to offer an even higher level of client service brought him to Compass – the nation’s fastest-growing real estate independent brokerage and marketing powerhouse. Emotions can run high when selling or buying real estate, and Riccardo and his team understand that and have seen it all – in both weak and strong markets. While a native Italian, Riccardo also considers himself a proud American after getting his U.S. citizenship a few years ago. He resides in a condo building in West Harlem and relishes the fact that Central Park is nearby.
