About Rita
Rita is a Bay Area native that has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Her practice focuses on residential, investment and commercial real estate sales and acquisition in San Mateo, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Carlos, Redwood City, Belmont, Foster City, Redwood Shores, Millbrae, San Bruno and the surrounding areas in San Mateo County. She also has in-depth knowledge of San Francisco, Marin County and the Silicon Valley, having lived in these communities prior to the Peninsula. As a result, she has a deep understanding of the San Francisco Bay Area, its diverse neighborhoods, schools, recreational resources, arts and entertainment, and is able to identify the places that best suit the needs of her clients. Rita has a background in real estate development and property management, having worked as a project manager at several boutique firms prior to Compass. This experience gave her the valuable ability to identify real estate opportunities where others don't see them, which is a tremendous asset to her clients. Rita received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and began her career as a financial analyst for Charles Schwab.
