Rob Silvay founded TPFH with Walter L. Deane in 2013. Prior to real estate, Rob traded commodity derivatives for over 25 years in NYC and Chicago. In addition to TPFH, Rob is a vice president in Mergers & Acquisitions Team at Alliant Insurance Services. Rob graduated from Georgetown University and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

As of April 2022, TPFH has sold 56 properties (51 Homes and 5 Land Parcels) in the Village of Tuxedo Park including representing both buyer and seller in 15 transactions. Since 2020, TPFH has brokered 32 transactions (30 Homes and 2 Land Parcels) including representing both parties on 11 occasions.
