About Roy
With more than 30 years in real estate sales, Roy brings energy and expertise to his business at Compass. In 1985, Roy joined Coldwell Banker Milton, and in 1991 became a Senior Vice President at Hammond Residential.
After completing more than 1000 transactions, Roy’s significant experience includes all price ranges, including marketing luxury and waterfront homes. His successful business relationships range from first time buyers to celebrity clients.
In addition to working with individuals who have decided to make a move, he has marketed a large amount of corporate and relocation property. He has been certified with a number of major relocation companies.
Roy takes his client relationship seriously and maintains a high level of attention to detail, for their benefit. He enjoys a building a collaborative relationship. As a result, Roy has frequent repeat business from former clients and receives many referrals from his peers in real estate.
He recently served on both the fund raising and building committees for the historic restoration of the Parish of All Saints, Ashmont. It is a landmark parish designed by Ralph Adams Cram. The successful restoration was completed in conjunction with John G. Waite Associates Architects, Historic New England, Smith + St. John and Consigli Construction.
Roy is a licensed broker and a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI)
