About Ryan
Ryan is a native of Jacksonville, Florida who studied business management and architecture at Clemson University. He moved to the DC area in 2014 after falling in love with the city and all it has to offer.
After a brief internship with a boutique real estate brokerage in DuPont, Ryan was offered a spot on one of the area's top producing teams, Trent & Co. As the son of an entrepreneur, Ryan immediately recognized the importance of being part of a cohesive and hardworking team, so he counts himself lucky to have been able to join them.
Since becoming a part of the team, Ryan has been involved in over $250 million in real estate transactions since joining the team. This invaluable experience, coupled with his daily interactions with some of the area's most respected agents, has helped Ryan hone his knowledge and skills in new construction, luxury condos, resale, and the all-important art of home staging.
Through his own experience, Ryan has developed a passion for helping first-time home buyers to navigate the real estate market as they embark on what he considers to be one of life's most exciting journeys: home ownership. As an avid believer in the importance of family, Ryan also enjoys helping his buyers find the perfect homes in which to raise their families. By working closely with his clients and developing personal relationships that extend well beyond the sale, Ryan works to ensure that every transaction he is a part of results in a positive experience.
