A graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts, Ryan ventured into real estate after a successful career in the entertainment & live events industry. Ryan was part of the original cast of the Broadway show Mamma Mia. Ryan loved the high-stakes nature of live performance but found it limiting. He soon progressed into the bigger picture, holistic responsibilities of producing live entertainment events for world-class brands like MTV Networks where he managed a live events team focused on licensing & the delivery of multi-screen music-based specials produced by MTV, VH1, CMT, & LOGO.
His experience in the fast-paced, high expectations world of entertainment and live events gave Ryan the opportunity to hone the critical business and people skills necessary to bring initial concepts to life, working with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and talent. Ryan brings these experiences along with insatiable attention to detail, and a genuine passion for real estate. Ryan is a California resident for 6 years after stints living in NYC, Tokyo, and Toronto. Ryan now resides in West Hollywood & Palm Springs with his husband and Golden Doodle Roxie. Ryan is a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ community and serves as a counselor for The Trevor Project a national 24-hour, toll-free confidential suicide hotline for LGBTQ youth.
