About Sam
Sam has been in real estate for over 20 years, and he specializes in fiduciary transactions and relocation to or from the Eastside and Seattle. Sam began his career buying and selling real estate for estates, trusts, and guardianships. He played the role of the buyer or seller on hundreds of home purchases and sales. He has applied this perspective to focus on the needs of his clients becoming a more knowledgeable and compassionate broker.

Sam has lived in the Seattle area his entire life and gladly informs his buyers on the surrounding local communities. His vow is to under-promise and over-deliver with a client-first mentality. His commitment to his clients includes three simple but important phases: before, during, and after.
