"Sam was recommended to my partner and I while visiting friends of ours in the Victor area who had recently purchased a house. We jokingly suggested that they put us in touch with their real estate agent, which they did without hesitation. They said he was great and - having purchased our own house nearby 18 months later - I'd say they were right.
