Client Testimonials
Rachel went above and beyond for us. You need extreme patience when you end up showing your prospective buyers perhaps 100 different homes over 2 years. And when that one special residence showed up for us, her diligence and perspicacity made it happen, but only after our first signed contract was terminated and an interim buyer failed to close. If you seek an intelligent, focused and very competent realtor to help you in finding and closing on your new home, look no further than Rachel. We have already recommended her to others, and we can firmly state that you will not find a better agent than her in the San Diego area."Rachel was very proactive in helping us find a place that suited our needs. She understood what we wanted, why we wanted it and offered suggestions and input to help us finally chose a place. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking at and of how the market was trending were both very important to us when deciding to make an offer. With Rachel's understanding of the process, including escrow, banks, inspections and all the documentation, she was able to guide us through the whole process smoothly. I can confidently recommend Rachel to help with your Real Estate requirements. - Peggy S.

Rachel rates excellent in all categories. She sold our home in one week. She then spent almost 6 weeks helping us find a new home which met our fairly exacting requirements. She was able to combine the economic and aesthetic considerations. We had not done a transaction in a number of years. Rachel guided us through the complexities in today's transactions. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the legal requirements, potential hazards, and strategies of buying and selling a home in today's environment. We felt very safe with her and knew she always had our best interests at heart. - Michael C.

It was a wonderful experience working with Rachel! She represented us as buyers of a condo in the UTC area. She is very observant and was able to figure out the priorities in our home search really quickly. She stayed positive and outlined the potentials of the properties that we had showed interests in. After each viewing, she would also provide balanced & realistic advice on the pros & cons of these properties to help us avoid potential emotional mistakes. She also helped us strategize over a good & solid offer without paying over the market price in a SELLER's market! We had a pretty short escrow. She was very responsive and detail-oriented throughout the process. There were a few minor hiccups with our loan application (not her fault). She was able to help us resolve all of them gracefully and kept us updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rachel to my friends and everyone who is thinking about buying a real estate property in the San Diego area! - Cynthia K.

Rachel is an amazing realtor who gets the job done. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When working with her I had that piece of mind feeling that she always had my back and was always looking out for my best interest. She is a very diligent worker and a great communicator. Bottom line is she hustles and gets the job done. She kept me informed of the home buying process every step of the way and always took the time to answer my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. She is a great negotiator who got us a great deal on an amazing house we recently purchased in Oceanside, California. She took the extra time to listen to our house needs and wants and then matches with a comprehensive search of homes to ensure we got as many of our wish list items as possible. Hire her on as your realtor as it will be one of the best decisions you will make. Thanks Rachel“ - David T.

We received excellent service from Rachel. She gave us expert advice in pricing and negotiating an offer price. Just as we were prepared to lower our asking price, Rachel counseled us to hold the line for another week. Her suggestion produced an extra $5,000 in the actual selling price. Throughout the process she was unfailingly professional...punctual and pleasantly businesslike in all of her dealings. We were most comfortable in having her speak for us in this transaction“ - Mark and Susan S.
