"We sold our beautiful house in the midst of CORONA pandemic, Sandy and Bob were our realtors. When we decided to sell our house, we started going to open houses to choose a realtor. It was March 2020, beginning of COVID that we met Sandy in one of her open houses. She talked about the quality service that she and her husband Bob have been providing to their clients over the past 40 years. We interviewed different realtors and we decided to go with Sandy and Bob. We had to do some minor repairs after inspection, Bob was very kind and went out of his way to help us w fixing it (he is a professional developer). "My husband and I were moving to New Jersey from Chicago and had very little knowledge of the differences of the towns and what a commute to nyc would look like from each area. She was always phone/text/email available, she really tried to figure out what was needed and expected from us before we came to look at houses so she could narrow the list of houses down. We only had 1 weekend (2 days) to come in and look and secure a house as we live out of town. It was a jam packed 2 days with 28 houses all over northern NJ. Both days she showed up ready to tell us about each house and neighborhood with what to expect from each. She blew me Away with how prepared she was and the knowledge she has gained from doing this for so long. She’s married and her husband Bob worked with us a lot. He comes in with real estate knowledge but more importantly he also has a resume when it come to renovations and he had a keen eye and was able to spot out imperfections and explain why it happened or what could happen to to the structure or craftsmanship that was already done. "Bob and Sandy made the stressful experience of buying a home easy. My wife and I fell in love with a house but had our worries. "I run a successful business that requires a profound and constant level of personal service and understanding of each customers needs. So, my judgement standards are rather high. My wife and I, had distinct requirements and a longer list of things we would not accept. We were intelligent, experienced and fair-but certainly not easy customers! Sandra and Bob Bolcar, did two things that put them at the very top of the many people and companies that I have hired: They constantly listened and asked questions and carefully observed every nuanced reaction to each comparative detail and opinion. Then they work, veritably until the late hours of each day, veritably teaching us about the spectrum of choices and relative financial values of the specific niche of the housing market that we were pursuing. We worked mainly with Sandra, yet when she was finalizing a sale of a house for one of her customers or doing an open house-we worked with Bob and he knew everything we had seen and our reactions to them. Sandra helped negotiate the right price and then Bob who was formerly a builder helped us tremendously by advising us as to the possible costs and viability of doing the significant alterations that we would need in the properties we considered. They could have tried to push us to buy certain properties quicker by saying “this is the best you can get”-but, instead they kept looking further and enabled us to find the perfect home for us at this stage of our lives. "Bob and Sandy Bolcar are the best Realtors I've ever worked with, and I've had 10 prior real estate transactions. They are the best! They gave great advice on how to fix up the house, and even took care of finding contractors to do the work. I live out of state so many times they even had to meet the contractors and direct their work. The house came out amazing after the repairs -- much better than I ever could have imagined. Then Bob and Sandy did an amazing job of marketing the house including staging and professional photography. We got multiple offers for over asking and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Also, Bob and Sandy are just really nice people to work with.
