About Dillon

Dillon is the modern REALTOR®: the perfect blend of old and new. Old enough to have been trained in the art of personal relationships, and young enough to have grown up with technology in his hands and a global worldview. Dillon is well educated, experienced, and personable. Lucky enough to travel often growing up, Dillon considers himself a citizen of the world, with friends and colleagues around the globe. The son of two REALTORS®, Dillon grew up in the real estate world, and learned the value of creating relationships, in both business and life in general. This is the foundation of his approach to real estate.

After getting his master’s degree in public policy from GWU, Dillon started his career in real estate here in Santa Barbara with Jarrott & Co., a local Brokerage specializing in 1031 Exchanges and Investment Properties. Dillon created his own niche as a REALTOR® & Business Broker, ultimately specializing in the sale of Assisted Living Facilities and other Commercial and Business Investments. He continues to bring that investment mindset to all his transactions.

But he always had his eye on the residential market in Santa Barbara. In 2017 he made the transition to Residential Real Estate. And with his move to COMPASS 2018, Dillon found his place to shine. He feels blessed to be where he is and is passionate about helping his clients succeed.

Out of the office, you’ll find him enjoying time with his wife and his two young sons, playing tennis, surfing, or enjoying the beach with family and friends. And, of course, traveling as much as possible.
