About Nicole

Having built a reputation on trust, integrity, and dependability, Nicole prides herself on employing a collaborative approach and building lasting relationships with clients.

A second generation Santa Barbaran, Nicole discovered her passion for real estate while helping manage family-owned properties, which lead to assisting a few local top producing agents. In 2014 she began creating her own clientele. When an opportunity arose in 2018 to sell real estate in the state of Hawaii, Nicole took advantage of the wonderful opportunity, and hung her license with Mauna Kea Realty out of the Mauna Kea Resort on the Big Island. As it was a great experience learning a different market, Nicole decided to return to her beloved home of Santa Barbara in 2019, yet continues to stay licensed in both states.

As a full-time real estate professional, Nicole offers local expertise and vast knowledge of the multifaceted real estate market. With a strong understanding of Santa Barbara’s diverse neighborhoods and local microcosms, she has a penchant for securing properties that cater to a client’s distinct lifestyle.
