Through her highly professional and informed demeanor, Sarah Birdsall offers a smart, solutions-driven approach to real estate. For nine years Sarah has worked with Chris Coleman, a top producing real estate agent in Montauk since 2012. In 2015 and 2016 Chris Coleman's team sold over 40% of the transactions in Montauk and in 2017 and 2019 the team's sales volume totaled more than $100M. An integral part of Chris Coleman's team, Sarah is committed to understanding the needs of their clients and assuring that they feel prepared throughout the entire process.
Whether creating an integrated marketing plan for a property, or providing clients with insightful data and market trends, Sarah offers an intimate knowledge of the local market. Sarah combines her unique ability to build relationships with a keen business acumen, in order to help her clients make the most informed real estate decisions.
A native of Oklahoma, Sarah graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in management information systems. She moved to the East End in 2002, and currently resides in Sag Harbor with her husband and two young children.
In 2015, Sarah’s family founded St. Jude’s Hope in the Hamptons, a fundraiser to help the fight against childhood cancer. Now a distinguished annual event, Sarah has played an active role in the fundraising since its inception.
