He has been a sought-after consultant to brands like Saks Fifth Avenue, Louis Vuitton, Brooks Brothers, Tourneau, Montblanc, Piaget and Roger Dubuis advising on strategies involving Chinese consumers and Asian American businesses.
Additionally, Mr. Chan has been an advisor and board member to a number of international corporations and high-net-worth Chinese families on their U.S. and China investments and expansion strategy and brings this experience to the NYC Real Estate market.
His book, “China Super Consumers – What One Billion Customers Want and How to Sell it to them” was published by John Wiley & Sons. The book was selected by Air France Club China as one of the “Must-reads” books on China. Mr. Chan brings his worldly expertise to his clients from China and beyond.
In his free time, he enjoys seeing friends for dinners, playing tennis and singing Karaoke and has recently won some awards performing in Queens.
