Sean Engmann brings local knowledge, empathy, a service-oriented approach, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to consistently deliver results to every client.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Sean fell in love with Coastside living and purchased a house in Montara. It was his experience as a first-time homebuyer that led him to pursue a career in real estate, recognizing that the business skills he acquired over a successful 15-year career in business and his knack for always putting the client’s needs first were well suited to help others navigate such a life-changing transaction.
Sean is a top-notch negotiator with experience closing and managing complex, multimillion-dollar contracts. He is a problem solver who knows how to communicate effectively get things done, especially in sensitive situations. Sean holds a BA in Political Science from the University of San Francisco, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and expects to complete coursework for an MBA in 2021.
An active member in the community, Sean has officiated high school basketball throughout the Bay Area for nearly 20 years and currently serves on the board of the Northern California Basketball Officials Association, where he is also a past-president. He coached baseball for various public and private high schools for well over a decade. His experience in high school sports gives him an intimate perspective on school districts throughout the Bay Area.
Sean volunteers his time and supports youth organizations throughout the Bay Area. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, playing golf, softball, hiking, walking his dogs and enjoying time with his family.
