Sean Maguire

Sean is a dedicated real estate professional and member of The Collective Group, working alongside his wife and fellow REALTOR®, Abigail Maguire. In addition to his role as a partner in the local investment firm Maguire Investments, Sean has pursued his passion for helping others make informed financial decisions by expanding his expertise to include real estate sales. With a focus on providing his clients with the confidence and conviction they need to make sound real estate choices for their financial future, Sean is personable, trustworthy, ethical, and analytical in his approach. 

Sean's clients benefit from his deep knowledge of the Central Coast region, where he was born and raised. He holds a degree in Industrial Technology from the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly and is a registered Investment Advisor, with licenses in Series 7, Series 66, and Life-Only Agent with the CA Dept. of Insurance. Sean is also a member of the San Luis Obispo Associations of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. 

When working with his clients, Sean prioritizes financial transparency and cost efficiency, ensuring that his clients receive value-added service and quality advice. He is passionate about giving back to his community and has volunteered with the local non-profit Jack's Helping Hand for over a decade. Sean has taken a lead role in planning the annual golf tournament fundraiser to build the community's first universally accessible park, providing children of all abilities a safe and beautiful place to play. 

When he's not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife Abby and their two children, engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking the Central Coast's beautiful trails, surfing, playing golf, and exploring the surrounding area.
