My path to Real Estate is a little unconventional. My family moved to Seattle when I was 11 years old where we bought a home on Capitol Hill. I attended Bishop Blanchet HS then attended Loyola Marymount University. I then attended Portland State University where I received my masters in counseling. After 20 years of social work I decided it was time for a change. After selling my own home in Portland and loving the process I decided to give it a shot. That was almost 12 years ago! I love what I do. Selling or buying a home can be one of the most stressful and exciting times in life. For most of us our homes are our most valuable asset and having someone who knows how to negotiate and get you the best price is of the utmost importance. My goal, each and every time, is to make this a calm, smooth, happy and efficient process. I will guide you through the experience with consistent communication and expertise.
My clients become my friends. My work is 99% referral. I am always available for you and above all am responsive to your questions and needs. I will keep you posted each step of the way and no question is too small. Most people only sell or buy a home a handful of times in a lifetime. I will give you the up to the minute information on the market which will allow you to make the best decision for you. I will help you navigate this process each step of the way.
A little about me, I have 2 sons now 17 and 20 who have grown up on Seattle's East-side. We enjoy boating, fishing, snowboarding, hammocking, reading, playing games of all sorts, and just being together. Our very favorite place to be is at the ocean but any body of water will do!
I look forward to getting to know you and assisting you with your real estate needs.
