About Alicia
Alicia Sanguinetti is a founding member of Compass Burlingame and an experienced real estate professional specializing in fine homes along the San Francisco Peninsula. With a deep understanding of the local market, Alicia is actively involved in the community and has a strong network of connections to support her clients. 

Alicia's approach to real estate combines a high-touch, personalized service with the effective use of technology. She provides meticulous attention to detail when it comes to preparing, marketing, and promoting homes for sale, regardless of their size or value. Alicia's extensive network of vendors, service providers, and tradespeople ensures that her clients have access to the resources they need throughout the buying or selling process. 

A Bay Area native and Hillsborough resident for 23 years, Alicia has been representing clients in the area since 2008. After attending UCLA, Alicia moved to SF to begin her career in the lending space. Her experience in the mortgage industry gives her valuable insights into acquiring residential and investment properties, and she has personally invested in and managed over 35 properties with her husband, Rick. This experience helps her guide clients through the complex and competitive Bay Area real estate landscape. 

Alicia's commitment to exceptional customer service, integrity, and tenacious negotiation stems from her entrepreneurial family background. Her family founded the Del Grande Dealership Group (DGDG), a successful Bay Area car dealer known for its outstanding customer service and repeat clients. Alicia carries on this tradition of excellence in her real estate career. 

Alicia stays up to date with market trends, investment opportunities, and changes in the real estate field to ensure she can provide her clients with the most current and relevant information. She is thrilled to be partnered with Andrew Greenman and together they have built a strong team serving the Peninsula and the Coast. 

Outside of real estate, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, and their four children and grandson. They are actively involved in their community, and Alicia is a sustaining member of PARCA, an organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities. She is also an active member and sponsor of the American Heart Association's Circle of Red, a charity and fundraising organization. 

Alicia's career highlights include serving numerous clients throughout the SF Peninsula, with over $600 million in sales. She is a member of the National, California, and San Mateo Association of Realtors, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence.
