Benedict Pedro is a consummate professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate sales who does not shy away from the most challenging, yet highly rewarding, real estate transactions. Benedict has a heart for people as evidenced by his community involvement and specialization in his real estate career.
Volunteering as a Detention Minister as well as serving as an Extraordinary Minister for the Sick and Homebound in the Catholic Diocese of San Jose, fulfills Benedict’s desire to serve and care for others. Transferring his compassion for others into his business, Benedict joined in the inaugural class of the Divorce This House’s Real Estate Collaborative (RCS-D) in 2009 and learned how to positively represent those in an already tense situation while they divested their properties. Since 2008, Benedict has handled numerous divorce cases, some that were so contentious that he was called to testify at court, to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties. Benedict is proud to have received referrals from numerous Judges for their most difficult cases.
Representing both buyers and sellers in contracts totaling over $60 million in business, Benedict has enjoyed helping his clients realize their dreams of home ownership and wealth creation. Benedict was a member of Alain Pinel Realtors President’s Club. He is always looking to enhance his skills and understanding of best practices as a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. In addition, Benedict has been an Affiliate Member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association since 2015.
When he's not working, Benedict enjoys time with his two teenage girls, riding motorcycles, and hiking.
