Bill is a fourth generation Los Gatos resident, his parents, grandparents, and great grandparent’s all lived in Los Gatos in a Summer Home built by his great grandfather in the late 1800’s. His great grandfather, and grandfather were in the grocery business which would lead them to Real Estate – their practice was based in San Francisco in and around the grocery business they built. They’d go on to acquire numerous properties in the Mission District, and other areas, many of them still owned by the family. Ultimately, this is a legacy He hopes to pass along to his two children. He has been married for nearly 20 years to his wonderful wife Joni, they have 2 children, Rain their daughter 20, and Joey their son who is 17. Bill holds a degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, where his studies revolved primarily around investments and Real Estate. In the nearly 25 years of his practice he has also become a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and a Broker in the State of Hawaii. I am also Certified – QSC; and recently awarded the National Association of Realtors, “Green” Designation.

In 1994 his hen Broker/boss Gino Blefari of Contempo Realty decided that he should be the “Land Guy”, which he took on the challenge gladly. It wasn't long before he was inodiated with land projects (Large and Small). Creating the right foundation/team to perpetuate this emerging business was essential. His first relationship would be with a civil engineer (Velimir Sulic) who would consult on every project he was involved in. From there he'd go on to form affiliations with the best of the best peripheral professionals. "I am blessed to have all of these professionals join my Team and provide the necessary support in each land transaction we have been participants in".

One of the more significant aspect of his practice has been the implementation of the technological features available to the market. "Exposure for a property is critical. With the many services available for a marketing campaign via the internet a focused effort must be exploited and incorporated into every promotional endeavor. A web page must be developed on the property, a virtual tour shot by a professional photographer who understands the internet applications, and of course still photographs … if necessary, aerial photographs. Building a web site is a necessity, but even more important is getting this significant information in front of the consumer via “Social Media” through sites such as, “google”, “Facebook”, “linkedIn”, “Twitter” and “YouTube”, “Zillow” “Trulia”, and so on . I have been successfully utilizing these tools and will perpetuate my efforts with each of my new ventures to generate the greatest exposure for my clients and consequently generate the most amount of money in the shortest period of time for their property".

He has earned nearly every award the Real Estate community can bestow on a Realtor. The San Jose Magazine defined him as being in the top 5% of sales of all Realtors in the Santa Clara County; an honor he has been recognized for-several years running. Aside from the accolades it is his unusual commitment to each of my clients, and an unwavering dedication to them that sets him apart. Over the years he has massed an extraordinary crew that sets him apart from other real estate agents. "I am surrounded by the very best contractors in each of their specialized fields. I have the very best Attorneys; CPA; a financial adviser; mortgage brokers; insurance brokers; architects; civil engineers; still photographers and/or aerial/drone photographer; title and escrow people; and contractors.” I believe, the bottom line in my practice as a 'Realtor' is, “I have the very best support in the industry and I want to share it with you."

There are many Realtors in the County, yet few with the credentials he has achieved. His Real Estate career is part of a family tradition, a heritage, and because of that market depth and overall knowledge, he is easily one of the best if not the best Realtor for the Job in the Santa Clara County. "The Team" I created has the experience you deserve, the knowledge you must and should demand from any broker, plus the skills to make a very difficult and increasingly litigious process seem to be a very simple one.
