We brought Chris and his team in several months before we even listed the house with them, as Covid lockdowns were just beginning and we all had no idea how long remodeling would take, let alone the court's probate timeline! They gave us a lot of information about the market, vetted some of our ideas about the property and never pressured us, even when we had numerous delays in getting it to market.

Sallyann worked with our listing team on the sale of our relative's home, after our relative had passed away. The home had been in the family for many generations and held a trove of heirlooms (and some junk!) and needed some remodeling and clean up. Aside from the shock of losing someone dear, the prospect of dealing with the house and all the stuff, the COVID lockdowns and uncertainty that presented, we just saw the negatives of our "historic" home. Sallyann came in as the marketing specialist and it was so refreshing to see the house and surrounding property from her perspective!
