We had known Christine previously through friends and since my fiance and I were first-time buyers, it was important to us to work with someone we knew we could trust and someone who we knew was reliable. Christine is all those things and was beyond stellar. We spent a lot of time combing her listings, and when we were ready to buy, we found a property we knew that we wanted to see. Christine opened up her schedule and showed us the property immediately. We decided that day we may want to put an offer. She advised us that the offers were due the next day (!), so we would have to move quickly. She helped us construct an offer that night and the following morning.
