Dina Demko has extensive experience in buying and selling country estate properties in Sonoma Valley for over 12 years and understands all the intricacies of country property renovations including septic and well testing, vineyard development, subdivisions, 1031 Exchanges, and multi-family investment properties. She also developed an 8-acre vineyard of Syrah in Sonoma, negotiated its grape contracts, and has knowledge with agricultural pursuits in the Wine Country.
Dina’s past experience includes working as a highly accomplished account executive closing multi-million dollar sales with Fortune 500 companies such as Gartner and Dun & Bradstreet and marketing experience with Clorox Co and Del Monte Foods.
She loves to travel and recently had the rich experience of living in Florence, Italy for five years. There, she immersed herself in the Tuscan wine country culture studying the architecture, art history, cuisine, wine, language, and lifestyle. Now, she can use this knowledge to help clients find this lifestyle right here in California wine country.

Dina was raised in San Mateo and moved to Sonoma 23 years ago. She holds an MBA from San Francisco State University.
Growing up, she spent many summers at her grandparents’ ranch in Healdsburg, where they carried on many traditions from Northern Italy where they were from. They cured prosciutto, pressed olives, grew grapes, made wine and homemade pasta, and regularly cooked five course meals. Dina carries on many of these traditions at her property in Sonoma. An ideal weekend afternoon for her is spending time around the table with family and friends, cooking, enjoying local food and wine, and the surrounding countryside.
