With nearly ten years of experience as a Broker Associate, I have represented my clients in millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions. Coming from an immigrant family, I believe that dreams can come true through hard work and perseverance. With a bit of creativity and flexibility, those qualities have resulted in numerous successes for my clients in today’s real estate market.
I was born in Vietnam and raised in Oakland, CA. Having gone away to college to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I discovered that the East Bay is and will be my home. I currently live in Castro Valley and consider myself hyper-local. I am passionate about supporting the local businesses in my community and you will often find me at local coffee shops, restaurants, and events. I love being a Realtor in the East Bay because I can share my commitment to my community with others.
I am a board member for a regional Real Estate Association and have done community work with the City Of Oakland’s Mayor’s Office, Oakland Chambers of Commerce, and other non-profit organizations. In addition, I serve as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for Bay East Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming a Broker Associate, I was a program specialist conducting research and evaluating local governing agencies on how to improve and develop effective and efficient programming to better communities.
When I am not working, you can find me soaking up the sun in my garden where I dabble in urban farming, including raising chickens and making my own dirt! In addition, I manage an urban gardening Facebook group where members are connected with answers to their questions and gain local inspirations.
