Hillary has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Hillary is based in Napa Valley and focuses on helping her clients transact Wine-Country Estates, Vineyards, Wineries, and Commercial Land Development opportunities.
Hillary has closed over $6 Billion transactions since the start of her real estate career in 1997. Previously, she worked in relationship management at First Republic Bank (www.firstrepublic.com), specializing in credit & property-level underwriting for residential and commercial real estate assets in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Vice President at the Prado Group, she sourced, evaluated, and financed Prado’s San Francisco multi-family investment transactions. Prior to joining the Prado Group in 2004, Hillary was in the Capital Markets group at AMB Property Corporation (NYSE) (now www.prologis.com), a real estate investment trust and pension fund advisor where she had responsibility for debt and equity financing of AMB’s portfolio. Hillary also worked in AMB’s Transaction Group where she had responsibility for portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. Hillary started her real estate career in the Real Estate Services Group of Arthur Andersen LP where she had responsibility for real estate valuation and underwriting. Hillary received her BS from UC Berkeley in Economics.
In 2015 Hillary was recognized as one of the top 100 real estate professionals in the United States by REAL Trends.
