In 1998, she represented a mid-size developer to market and sell condominium units in a 12 unit and 8 unit projects consulting from the ground-up through to close of escrow and move-in.
In 1999-2001, employed by the New York developer, Millennium Partners, Janet pre-sold units in the 125 unit, 41 story building conducting ‘hard hat’ tours and managing escrows.
In 2016, she was on the original sales team with The Mark Company at the ultra-luxury 181 Fremont-55 unit project in SOMA.
Currently, she is a market leader for representing buyers and sellers in the downtown luxury resale condominium market.
