“Dear Jenny, We can't begin to thank you enough for your help in the home buying process. Your sourcing of off-market properties, finding out about historical evidence, and negotiating tactics were so helpful and necessary to closing this deal! We are very grateful! Cheers!”

“Hi Jason, Last Fall I asked you for the recommendation of a Realtor, and you gave me Jenny Vitro's contact. As we're closing the sale on my sister's home in El Granda I thought I'd let you know how highly I regard Jenny. She is competent in all phases of managing the sale, and professional in anticipating large and small barriers that may set back others. She arranged final clean up of the home, interviewed, hired, and managed competent workmen for painting, flooring, carpentry, and more without these workman missing days of work even though the project went through the holidays. Jenny anticipated my questions, provided calendars showing days the various contractors, inspectors, staging, and more would arrive. When there was a difficulty with the property title, due to the trust and lagging of the recorder's office, she parked herself in those county offices to sort out all posthaste. I really could go on and on, but I'm sure you see the very positive impression she's left on me. So, thank you again, I'm very satisfied with the sale and proceeds, and would recommend Jenny Vitro without hesitation. Cheers, Pat.”
