Kurtis is a Northern California native, born in San Francisco and raised in the East Bay. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2011 and completed his studies in the field of engineering: geographical information systems, which included coursework in 3-D modeling production of structures, buildings, and architectural design. Since launching his real estate career in 2015, Kurtis has grossed over $5 million in sales. He credits his successes in real estate to his upbringing in a multi-generational real estate family.
Today's real estate market is changing, as millennials are the largest share of home buyers at 36 percent. Sixty-five percent of these buyers were also first-time home buyers. Kurtis provides state-of-the-art online design and marketing that captures the attention of buyers in a technologically driven real estate market. He utilizes 3D tours of a property to provide potential buyers with a virtual walk-through of a home. Whether the potential buyer is living next door, across the coast, or even in another country, his expertise in 3D modeling provides an experience to buyers and sellers like no other.
Kurtis provides his expertise and understanding to buyers, as he recently purchased a home himself and knows the challenges that can arise when buying a home. He believes in the importance of educating his buyers on the market, neighborhood price points, inspections, repair costs, and how to make a competitive offer. Providing his knowledge of all these aspects is key to the buyer's happiness and ensuring the offer is accepted.
Outside of real estate, Kurtis enjoys training and competing in the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu; rock climbing; international travel; hiking with his dog, Kona; and hanging out with his nieces and nephews.
