• Second Generation California Realtor
• Residential Luxury Specialist
The universe has a funny way of orchestrating things. Take Lucas Sorah, for example. He didn’t choose the life of a Realtor. Ultimately, real estate chose him. He learned the ropes at an early age, attending endless open houses on weekends with his father and uncle, both of whom owned thriving real estate companies in Orange County.
Call it genetics. Call it destiny. Whatever it was, Lucas was a natural from the get-go. Eternally obsessed with homes, he loved penthouse apartments, beach bungalows, and everything in between. Fast forward twenty years, two degrees, multiple flipped houses, a stint in property management, and brush with interior design, and Lucas found himself in San Francisco. The culmination of which shaped a multi-faceted, second-generation Realtor who sold his first million-dollar listing at the ripe age of 24.
In the years following, the senior sales associate honed his craft, steadily becoming a residential luxury specialist. Known for his perpetually positive and energetic demeanor, Lucas makes it a habit to educate clients on current market conditions. The consummate listener, he has a knack for garnering insights and tailoring a strategic approach customized for individual success. He knows that no two clients are alike and works fastidiously to ensure that each one net the maximum return on their investment.
It takes mere minutes with Lucas to recognize that he genuinely loves what he does. It’s evidenced in the tireless dedication to his clients. His favorite part of the job? Handing over the keys to a client’s new dream home. He’s acutely aware of the significance of both buying and selling a home, and what the new chapter entails. Real estate isn’t simply a job to him, but a way of life.
Not much has changed since the early days. You’ll still find Lucas at open houses on weekends. Although this time around, he’s staging and signing, not simply perusing listings. When he takes the rare day off, you’ll find him in the historic Mission Dolores neighborhood with his partner, Mark, trusty rescue dog, Sophie, and new pup, Dash.
