Maria started her real estate career in 2004 while finishing up her business degree at the University of Southern California (Marshall School of Business).
Her entry into the world of real estate began when she was offered an internship with Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s leading home builders. She found her passion for the business during her four-month internship. Soon after graduating, Maria became a full-time sales consultant. During the next four years, she rose to become a nationwide top sales performer and won numerous awards.
In 2009, Maria’s drive led her to relocate back to the Bay area, where she continued to build her real estate career. She took on projects for private clients while also working with Taylor Morrison to sell properties within the top communities in San Mateo.
In addition to her real estate career, in 2013, Maria was chosen to help lead operations for a multi-unit company specializing in fast, casual dining. She managed all aspects relating to staffing, P&L’s, brand image, and quality control.
