"We were thinking of selling our condo but weren’t sure it was the right time to sell. What was more difficult for us was that we were moving to a different area and trying to buy another house simultaneously, but needed the sale of the condo first. Morgan encouraged us to sell quickly because the market was changing and the prices were starting to drop. So time was really of the essence. We were ready to sell as is but Morgan suggested we make about $5,000 worth of repairs to give the house more appeal. We were reluctant about spending more money on the house but trusted Morgan’s suggestion. He brought in his own contractor and managed the repairs from start to finish. We’re glad we went with his suggestion. Morgan was able to sell the house within one week! (even with multiple condos listed at the same time that were much nicer than ours). Ours sold first, and turns out the listing prices of the other condos dropped soon after and took longer to sell.
