Nicole was born and raised in Danville, CA. and holds deep roots throughout the community with a grandfather as an original Tassajara Valley land owner and one of the first builders in Blackhawk, Nicole has watched the development and growth of our local lands from her childhood to present day, now selling the many homes that were built on this precious land. Interestingly, one of the cross streets of main Blackhawk Road was named after her father's side of the family-"Fish Creek Road" and where they called home for some time. From the exposure and absorption of construction knowledge, Nicole also has had the benefit of shadowing her mother who too was a realtor and therefore obtained the one on one experience alongside of her.
After a successful career in vocational college admission sales, Nicole ambitiously entered the real estate industry. Being determined and energized by her passion for Real Estate, sales, and people, Nicole began fulfilling her dream as a realtor. Almost immediately, Nicole was able to engage with an asset management account with Wells Fargo and "cut her teeth" on REO sales. This segued into the short sale business and early on in her career experienced the ever-changing marketplace- which would carry her to her success today.
Nicole entered into this business for her genuine appreciation of a home itself and what a luxury it is to own one-especially in the East Bay. Nicole decided she wanted to be the personal representation behind the process, priding herself on client satisfaction and building lifelong relationships.
When Nicole is not marketing a home or negotiating contracts, she spends her free time with her family, especially her two younger siblings, Cole and Jenna and is an active volunteer in the San Ramon Valley School District. Nicole tends to her personal life by running the Iron Horse Trail, hiking the Lafayette Reservoir and since she has lived in the area all of her life, she has many childhood friends with whom she frequents local coffee shops with.
"Working with Nicole was such a pleasure. She made selling our home right before the holidays a seamless process. She is extremely well organized, dedicated and easy to communicate with. I'm so thankful to have found her. I'm looking forward to working with her again in finding our next home!" - Shelly B. | Danville, CA, Client
"Nicole has been a friend of mine for years and when I decided to take the big step of purchasing my first home I had no question Nicole was going to be my realtor. At the time I was ready to buy my house, so was everybody else in Danville. Nicole was very aggressive and negotiated the perfect price. We have now lived in our home for six months and appreciate Nicole’s dedication and work ethic on finding us the perfect home. If I had to do this again there’s no doubt in my mind I would use her again and refer her to my close friends and family. Thank you Nicole!" - Dave B. | Danville, CA, Client
"Nicole was wonderful to work with finding my adult son a home. She had the patience to look with my son, myself, and his girlfriend as time permitted. She stuck with us even though it took a while to find the right home in this competitive market. She always considered what was in the best interest of my son. She has been a pleasure to work with and I plan to recommend friends and family to her in the future." - Pam P. | Concord, CA, Client
