About Nicole

Real Estate is truly in Nicole Jacobs’ DNA. As a second generation Bay Area Realtor, she has been surrounded by the business her whole life. This extensive exposure has provided Nicole with a deep understanding of the business, tremendous market knowledge and an outstanding network within the brokerage community. Nicole’s background along with her dedication to service for her clients has created a track record of success in representing both buyers and sellers since 2002.

Nicole began her career as a Sales Associate with San Francisco Real Estate Services, owned and operated by her family for over three decades. In 2012, Nicole and her husband Everett moved their family to Lafayette. Nicole moved to Orinda in 2014 and currently resides there with her husband and three children. Now deeply entrenched in the Lamorinda area, Nicole expanded her business and is thrilled to be using her expertise and experience to help people in her community.

Nicole is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and accomplishes this by providing them with thorough needs assessment, skillful negotiating, strategic & innovative marketing and extensive market knowledge. The product of this is remarkable results for her clients. Nicole knows that the home buying and selling process can be stressful. Each client and sale is unique. She is dedicated to making each transaction smooth and successful for every one of her clients.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Santa Barbara. Prior to real estate she worked in technology sales. Nicole has experience working in sales and marketing for new home developers as well as spent time working in advertising for large developers. Nicole bought her first investment property at 25 and has had personal experience renovating both single family homes and condominiums.

When she is not selling properties, you can find Nicole enjoying time with her family, watching her kids various sporting activities, cooking, exercising or enjoying some of the activities our beautiful bay area offers.
