As a Certified Residential and Corporate Relocation Specialist with over 25 years experience in listing and selling residential real estate in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Nina has assisted hundreds of families with local and long distance, professional moves to and from the San Francisco Bay Area. Nina has also been certified and approved by nearly every corporate relocation company throughout the country.
Nina has a clear understanding that selling or buying a home and/or the process of relocating to a new area is never a simple matter. Emotional decisions and the logistics of all of the necessary tasks must be tempered with sound business judgment, knowledge, care and honesty. Nina takes the time and makes the effort to understand exactly what is happening in the lives of her clients, and then tailors a plan to ensure that the home sale or purchase results in a positive and rewarding experience.
Nina is a lifetime resident of the San Francisco Bay Area and currently resides in Alamo. She is a Mom of two adult children, a Realtor® and a loyal friend to all.
She enjoys long distance running, cycling, swimming and a weight-training enthusiast. She is presently training to compete in Ironman triathlon event.
