A few years ago, I joined Pat in her Real Estate practice as the market was recovering. She was very successful in growing her business, and combining our experience and skill sets has been great. In my earlier career, I focused on corporate asset finance, business debt restructures, and acquisitions of companies. I have worked in large firms, such as GE Capital & Siemens Healthcare, as well as in regional banks and privately held investment firms.
Our clients rely on our guidance through the complexities of home preparation and pricing, marketing, contract negotiations, and buying strategies. We provide considerable support when working with inspectors, contractors and tradesmen, and we connect our clients to this vital element of our extended Team. We advise our clients on making cost efficient, high-value repairs and improvements. Each property is an investment, and keeping an eye on the bottom line matters whether they are preparing their home for sale, or making it their own after a purchase.
