After a few visits to the Bay Area, Penny fell in love with San Francisco’s temperate climate and was thrilled to be hired by a Fortune 500 company to head up, organize and coordinate capital improvement projects. Subsequently, Penny was hired away by a commercial property firm as asset manager where her negotiating, strategic planning, problem solving abilities were further honed, providing the perfect backdrop and skills for a successful residential real estate agent/consultant. Believing strongly in the value of real estate, Penny had already invested early on in her own homes and rental properties.
Penny earned her California Broker's real estate license in 1990. Having been through the purchasing and selling experience with her personal properties, she knows how daunting the entire process may appear to her clients. If you are on the Seller side, Penny will do what is necessary to get top dollar for your property and if you are the Buyer, Penny will work relentlessly on your behalf so that a successful purchase becomes a reality.
Penny loves working with people to help them achieve their real estate dreams. She takes great care in listening to her clients’ wishes and works diligently to meet their goals. Penny believes that positive solutions will be achieved as long as she makes use of critical thinking skills, perseveres through challenging tasks and exercises her patience throughout the process. In her spare time, Penny plays tennis, scuba dives, swims in the bay and dabbles in interior design. To help young people achieve their financial goals, Penny teaches young people the basic principles of money management and investing.
